Disc-O-Bed Trade Portal

1. About This Portal

Disc-O-Bed Trade Portal (discobedtrade.co.uk) is a B2B wholesale ordering platform operated by Target Holdings (UK) Limited. Access is restricted to approved trade accounts only.

2. Trade Account Eligibility

Applications are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to approve or decline any trade account application without obligation to provide reasons. Approved accounts must not share login credentials.

3. Pricing

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change. Trade pricing is confidential and must not be shared with end consumers or third parties.

4. Orders

Orders placed through the portal constitute a binding purchase order. Once confirmed, orders are passed to our warehouse (Mintsoft) for fulfilment. Cancellations must be requested before dispatch.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due via Stripe at point of order, or on agreed net terms where applicable. Overdue accounts may have their trade access suspended. We reserve the right to change payment terms with 30 days notice.

6. Delivery

We offer both bulk delivery and drop shipment services. Delivery timescales are estimates and subject to stock availability. Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

7. Returns

Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only with prior authorisation. Goods must be returned in original packaging.

8. Limitation of Liability

Target Holdings (UK) Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit arising from use of this portal or any orders placed through it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
